The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare needs for patients in a family practice setting. The role focuses on providing high-quality care to underserved patients, primarily in adult primary care and chronic disease management.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and relevant certifications, including a valid California Nurse Practitioner license. A minimum of 6 months of experience in an ambulatory or community setting is required, with preference for experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Education: Masters Degree an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Valid Nurse Practitioner Furnishing number issued by the California Board of Registered Nurses. Valid California Registered Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner license. Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program. DEA Certification. Drivers' License in good standing with clean driving record.
