Provide direct patient care and perform clinical interventions including medication administration and specimen collection. Responsible for conducting patient assessments and maintaining interdisciplinary care plans and QI documentation.
Requires a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.

More about our team At Haywood Regional Medical Center’s Homestead location, we offer Ambulatory Infusion services in a safe, comfortable environment with relaxing treatment rooms and attentive staff. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Our team includes Registered Nurses specializing in infusion services, a Certified Nursing Assistant and a dedicated Infusion Secretary.
