The LPN is responsible for providing compassionate patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. They must also maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure clinical exam rooms are properly stocked.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing or hold an ASN/BSN and possess a current New York State LPN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required, and one year of experience is preferred.
