In Your Day-To-Day, You Will
Triage incoming emergency patients, assess their condition, and partner with veterinarians to develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
Deliver exceptional nursing care by completing treatments, monitoring hospitalized patients, and recognizing changes in patient status to ensure timely intervention.
Collect and process diagnostic samples, utilize advanced imaging, and assist with a variety of medical procedures to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.
Safely administer, monitor, and recover patients from sedation and anesthesia while providing attentive care throughout every stage of their procedure.
Help maintain the flow and organization of the Emergency and Critical Care department, ensuring patients receive efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate compassionately with clients by providing updates, answering questions, educating them on treatment plans, and supporting them through patient admissions and discharges.
Collaborate with a skilled team of veterinarians and technicians to provide exceptional care for every patient while advocating for their comfort and well-being.
What You Bring
Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred, but candidates of all experience levels are encourage to apply, including veterinary technician students
Previous experience in veterinary medicine with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client care teams.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and take initiative in a dynamic hospital setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, client-focused approach and the ability to adapt your communication to a variety of situations.
Sound technical knowledge and a commitment to following medical protocols, hospital policies, and best practices while continuously growing your clinical skills.
