Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services both in-person and via telemedicine.
Must be fully licensed in Utah as an LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT and hold a Master's degree. Candidates must no longer require clinical supervision to practice.
