The SLP is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise plans of care under physician supervision. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy across independent living, assisted living, and healthcare settings.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA (CCC) certification or CFY seeking certification and an active state license are required.
