The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures under the direction of radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians. The role ensures patient safety and accuracy by following established protocols and ALARA principles.
Candidates must complete a formal Nuclear Medicine program and hold an IEMA license along with ARRT(NM) or NMTCB registry. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required, and one year of experience is preferred.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs nuclear medicine procedures under the direction of the radiologist and nuclear medicine physician. The technologist applies established protocols and technical skills to provide safe, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care. This role complies with As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) principles and all regulatory and safety requirements in the performance of nuclear medicine studies.
