Requires a Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a Compact State license and BLS certification. A diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure is required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and clinical protocols. Implement, monitor, and update individualized patient care plans. Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes. Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support discharge planning needs.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
