How you’ll make an impact in this role Participate in the Registered Nurse Fellowship program designed for Registered Nurses (RN) with more than one year of experience transitioning into a new clinical specialty.
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), following established clinical protocols and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to ensure safe, coordinated patient care and improved clinical outcomes.
Implement and monitor individualized care plans, executing physician orders and nursing interventions to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) to support compliance, continuity of care, and regulatory standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
