What You’ll Do

• Care: Deliver direct nursing services in an outpatient behavioral health setting, focusing on both mental and physical well-being. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical testing.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: A passion for behavioral health and a "whole-person" approach to nursing care. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus! What You’ll Bring: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Hampshire (required) Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (required) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Experience working with individuals with psychiatric illnesses (preferred) ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (preferred) Outstanding Benefits & Perks: Competitive wages RN: $61,200-$79,600 annually based on skills, experience, and licensure.
