What We’re Looking For MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Active medical license — multi-state licensure a plus Credentialed with major plans: UHC, Aetna, Humana Strong interest in preventive care, senior health, or chronic condition management Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing via telehealth Collaborative, mission-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
