The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Candidates must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Experience in rehab, long-term care, and Vital-Stim certification are preferred.
Therapy Owned and Operated
The Speech Therapist will assess and treat persons with dysphagia, cognitive disorders, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, etc. May select alternative communication systems and teach their use. May perform research related to speech and language problems. May select alternative diets, may teach compensatory strategies for patients with swallowing difficulty.
