Manage a small caseload of adolescents and families, providing personalized clinical care through individual, family, and group therapy. Ensure clinical compliance through accurate documentation and the creation of comprehensive discharge plans.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy and active or eligible licensure. Preference is given to candidates with experience in IOP, PHP, or residential treatment settings.
Manage a small, intentional caseload to ensure deeply personalized, high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching. Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change. Create comprehensive discharge plans and review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain clinical compliance with timely, accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards. Deliver a client‑centered, culturally competent therapeutic experience, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system.
Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active NJ licensure or eligibility for one of the following: Fully Licensed Clinicians: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
1+ year of experience in an IOP, PHP, or residential treatment setting. Background using relational, experiential, systemic, or trauma‑informed models (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, family systems therapy). A passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
