The associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured overnight environment for adolescents in a residential treatment program. Key duties include conducting bed checks, monitoring client safety, and responding to crises or distress.

21+ years of age or older High school diploma or GED Able to pass pre-employment drug screen Able to pass criminal investigation background check Current driver's license in good standing Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid. Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative client Skill in de-escalating agitated clients Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans accordingly
