Participate in a 12-month residency program involving preceptor-led clinical experiences across medical, surgical, and step-down units. After training, float between Wilmington and Christiana Hospitals to provide care for a variety of complex diagnoses.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Delaware RN license or eligibility for one. Requires BLS certification and less than 12 months of nursing experience.
