The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise established plans of care. They also manage discharge planning and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to enhance resident lives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and certification from state and national board associations are required.
