The Dental Assistant supports clinical teams by preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures. They are also responsible for educating patients on oral hygiene and assisting with general office operations.
Candidates must hold X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications. Knowledge of dental terminology, OSHA/HIPAA standards, and infection control protocols is required.
Schedule (days/hours)
Tuesday to Friday 8-5
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Xray certification Ortho Experience a plus Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation: $21-25/hr About Us
