As the Housing Operations Coordinator, you are a critical connector between residents, case managers, and systems like Housing Support and MNsure. Your work ensures that benefits are secured, documentation is accurate, and funding flows appropriately — directly supporting residents in maintaining housing and accessing care. This is a fully in-person role based at Avivo Village, must be available to work Fridays. What You’ll Do Coordinate and oversee Housing Support paperwork, intakes, and benefit documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness Review, submit, and track documentation with Hennepin County and other benefit systems Serve as a liaison between Avivo Village and county partners to resolve complex Housing Support cases Support residents with MNsure enrollment and renewal as a Certified Application Counselor Monitor benefit eligibility, track discrepancies, and ensure continuity of services Manage housing support billing coordination, including eligibility checks, receivables tracking, and discrepancy reporting Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in electronic health record systems Coordinate communication, documentation, and workflows to support case managers and program operations Train and support staff on Housing Support processes and compliance requirements Collaborate across teams to ensure effective, coordinated service delivery QualificationsWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 4 years of experience working with public benefits (MNsure, Housing Support, or similar systems) Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness Experience using electronic health record systems (Credible preferred) Ability to manage complex documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and systems Knowledge of public benefits systems, housing resources, and community services Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Ability to work fully in-person, must be able to work Fridays Commitment to culturally responsive, person‑centered work What We Offer 32‑hour full‑time work week
