The SLP diagnoses and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments through customized rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include performing examinations, writing progress reports, and educating patients and families on communication techniques.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and hold a current state license as a Speech Therapist. 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
