Nursing Assistant

Meadow View Nursing Center provides a full range of services in our highly regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services.

• We are currently hiring a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Full Time/Combo schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM & 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM (36 hrs./week)

Qualifications

• Compassionate working with geriatric patients
• Preferred experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Current and valid Nurse Aide Certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.

Job duties include

• Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents; Assist with all activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, range of motion exercises, and communicating; Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks
