Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment for patients in the Neonatal ICU under the supervision of physicians and nursing leadership. Perform physical and psychosocial assessments, implement nursing interventions, and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and at least 1 year of RN experience in a Neonatal ICU. Must hold a Nursing Licensure Compact, BLS, and NRP certifications, with a BSN and 3 years of Level III NICU experience preferred.
JOB SUMMARY This position works under the general supervision of a physician, advanced practice provider, and/or nursing leadership to provide nursing services in care and treatment of patients.
