Rn: Operating Room Circulating) $35,000 sign on bonus for fulltime, $16,000 for part time

Very fast paced environment !! Tends to the health and care of the patient in the operating room. Acts as a circulator on assigned cases while maintaining patient safety through surveillance of all practices in operating suite. MUST HAVE STRONG ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE EXPERIENCE.

Performs tasks like

Planning and administering the nursing care needs and activities on the operative patient; Maintaining aseptic techniques and actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique; and Coordinating the operating room with respect to sterility, cleanliness, availability of functioning equipment and supplies.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license by the State of Indiana Current Healthcare BLS & ACLS certification (ACLS certification must be obtained within department guidelines) Three (3) or more years O.R. nurse experience

Highly preferred

Bachelor of science degree in nursing (BSN) Three (3) or more years O.R. nurse experience Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR) Orthopedic, Spine experience
