The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a specific unit. They must also manage personnel, supplies, and equipment while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Candidates must possess an unrestricted Alabama or Multi-State RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
The RN performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on a unit during a shift. The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice, which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment on the unit and for the collaboration with all members of the health care team.
Qualifications: Unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license and BLS
