Responsible for Person-Centered Planning and developing Individual Plans of Service for clients. Provides evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and coordinates services within the Assertive Community Treatment model.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and a valid Michigan license or the ability to obtain one within three months. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community travel.

$27.49-$36.44. The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials).
Additional Compensation: 10% premium, $100 When scheduled On-Call for a 24hr period
$2,000 incentive for fully licensed master’s level hires.

We are seeking an ACT therapist to be responsible for Person-Centered Planning to develop an Individual Plan of Service. Provide on-going linking, coordinating, and monitoring of services within the standards of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) evidence-based model. Provide evidence based, trauma and recovery focused therapy to clients of Network180’s ACT team.
