Coordinates total nursing care for patients, including assessing conditions, developing care plans, and administering treatments. Collaborates with physicians and provides essential education to patients and their families.
Requires a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current LPN license and BCLS certification. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
This position coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments.

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Graduate of accredited LPN program.
Experience: 1 year or less
/Certifications: Current LPN license in state of practice; BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred.
Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to patient and family needs.

Work well under pressure while keeping calm and maintaining customer focus

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
