Registered Nurse- Home Hospice/Visit Support (Peds.) (Per Diem- as needed) FLEXIBLE ORIENTATION

• Some of the orientation can be done from home.
• Will require 5 full days of in person orientation.
• Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) providing nursing services, assisting with care coordination, and assessing and addressing the ongoing needs of patients and caregivers.
• This role is out in the community visiting patients in various settings.
• PRN Requirements:: At least 24 hrs./month.
• 2 Saturdays per quarter

Qualifications

Registered Nurse, licensed in Pennsylvania. 6 months of hospice or pediatric experience required. Must be vaccinated influenza or be granted a religious/medical exemption.
