Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of various acuities in a high-volume emergency department setting. Perform routine and advanced medical procedures while collaborating with onsite physicians and faculty.
Requires a Master's or Doctorate for NPs or a Bachelor's/Master's for PAs from an accredited program. Must hold active state licensure, board certification in the clinical area of practice, and a DEA license.
80-100% FTE, nine hour shifts. Hours will vary to provide appropriate coverage and to meet the needs of the department, which will include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. The Emergency Department is seeking a highly motivated NP/PA to work alongside a strong cohort of approximately 25 advanced practice providers and 50 core faculty to help aid in the evaluation and management of patients in our busy University Hospital and East Madison Hospital.

Licenses and Certifications: Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
