The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing home care services for individuals and families. They utilize community resources to ensure quality patient care and health education within the home setting.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and a valid CPR certification with a practical skills evaluation. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, acute care experience, and familiarity with OASIS documentation.

Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One (1) year of home health care experience, preferred. Management experience not required, but direct supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants, preferred. Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, preferred. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Access to reliable transportation. Job Type: PRN
