This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexible scheduling and the chance to work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence Accurately document treatments and resident progress Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Build positive relationships with residents and families

Qualifications

Current Ohio OTA/COTA license Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Passion for helping others achieve their goals
