The Occupational Therapist provides clinical evaluations and treatment for program participants across various settings to prevent functional decline. They collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team to integrate treatment plans and manage durable medical equipment.
Candidates must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum and hold a valid license to practice in Kentucky. A minimum of one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations is required.

Senior Community Care of Jefferson County PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
The Occupational Therapist provides clinical occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for program participants, on acute, restorative or maintenance levels as needed by Day Center, Nursing Home or in-home setting. Integrates the occupational therapy treatment plan into Interdisciplinary Team plan of care. Assists in the ordering, inventory, distribution and maintenance of durable medical equipment for participants.
