Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current, unrestricted state license and valid CPR certification. Requires strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by evaluating physical conditions, designing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients toward improved mobility and function. Your expertise will directly impact patient recovery and quality of life, while also supporting interdisciplinary collaboration through effective communication with healthcare teams, families, and nursing staff. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in every aspect of your work. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to support recovery and functional improvement Provide ongoing treatment and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet clinical goals Communicate patient status, progress, and concerns to supervisors and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and their families on follow-through programs to ensure continuity of care beyond clinical visits Train nursing staff on therapeutic techniques and care protocols to support consistent treatment delivery Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient care activities in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements Manage patient scheduling and post charges daily to ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency Keep treatment equipment and work areas clean, organized, and in safe working condition Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and all applicable state and federal laws
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided Valid CPR certification Proven organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement
