Administer medications and treatments while performing delegated nursing duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Collect patient data and maintain accurate records of nursing care and resident condition changes.
Must be a current nursing student who has completed at least one semester of school and successfully passed pharmacology. A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wisconsin is required.
