Provide high-quality, culturally competent primary care to patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical problems. Coordinate comprehensive care with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation within the electronic health record.

Good oral and written communication skills are required for this position. The person in this position must be able to communicate effectively with the patients, colleagues, staff and all members of the Mazzoni organization demonstrating respect and contributing to a positive environment.
1. Background checks are required, including Criminal Background Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance in Pennsylvania and state of residence.
