The Clinical Nurse provides direct patient care and nursing services in a dynamic, community-centered ambulatory care setting. Under general direction, the RN conducts nurse-led visits, performs clinical assessments, manages and evaluates patient treatment plans, and delivers patient education across a diverse population. This role is integral to care team function and reflects our commitment to accessible, affirming, and high-quality primary care for all patients.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active Pennsylvania RN license and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. Required clearances include Pennsylvania Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.
