Provide diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy for a diverse caseload of patients facing mental health or substance use challenges. Collaborate with medical staff and families to develop integrated treatment plans and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing and an active NYS license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC). A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience and experience with children and adolescents is preferred.
