Perform Computed Tomography imaging and X-ray procedures according to established protocols for various patient age groups. Assist in orienting staff, developing QA programs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed within the radiology department.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging and ARRT registration in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy. Must hold a CT Registry certification and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
One (1) year progressive responsibility within a CT diagnostic imaging department Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapy (RT), Nuclear Medicine (NM), or Radiography (R). American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) CT Registry required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
