Responsibilities

• Serve as OR Circulator, supporting the surgical team (surgeon and anesthesia) during operative procedures
• Coordinate flow of equipment, supplies, and staff to ensure efficient case progression
• Monitor and support patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative phase
• Participate in preoperative planning, assessment, and nursing treatment within the perioperative care plan
• Collaborate with scrub personnel and anesthesia team to maintain sterile technique and equipment readiness
• Document intraoperative actions and patient status in accordance with unit policies

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• OR Circulator experience or demonstrated perioperative nursing competency
• Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety
• Willingness to comply with travel credentialing requirements and assignment start date of 06/22/2026
