Supports the administrative office and operational staff of the Infant, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry division. Coordinates supplies, equipment, and division-wide administrative functions under the supervision of the Division Administrator.
Requires a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience, along with bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and have experience with electronic health records.
this is a temporary opportunity through September 1, 2026; potential for extension. Fully on-site, ICAP Division, ZSFG.

The Division of Infant, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry (ICAP) is part of the Department of Psychiatry at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG). Our mission is to provide high quality, culturally tailored, trauma-informed mental health services for youth (birth to age 24) and their families, across clinical, community-based, training, and research settings. Under the supervision of the Division Administrator, this on-site position supports ICAP’s administrative office and operational staff, coordinating supplies, equipment, and division-wide administrative functions.
