The Physical Therapist is responsible for the initial evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation for referred patients. They also supervise physical therapy assistants, technicians, and students while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A current West Virginia Physical Therapy License and CPR certification are required.
Rivers Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to perform the duties below:
Entails initial evaluation and re-assessment of patients referred to the department, planning and administrating treatments and documentation of patient’s status and progress.
Responsible to: Director of Rehabilitation
Nature of supervision received: Indirect
Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Techs, Students, and Volunteers.
