Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support critical patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols

Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
