Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Licensure

Current New York State LPN license; CPR certification (or ability to obtain/re-certify).

Experience

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; psychiatric experience required; inpatient experience preferred.
