$36 - $49 / HOUR
Provide holistic, family-centered care to patients in a high-acuity step-down unit. Demonstrate core nursing competencies including assessment, critical thinking, and professional leadership within a clinical setting.
Must have a current Florida RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience in an acute care hospital. A BSN is preferred, though Associate Degree nurses must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years.

Have a Current FL RN License Have a current BLS for Healthcare Provider card Have 1 year of current RN experience in a hospital setting (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. All Associate Degree nurses accepted into the program must agree to achieve their BSN degree within 3 years of start date. Candidates selected for interview will need to provide the following documents: Copy of Nursing Diploma or Unofficial Transcript indicating the nursing degree awarded Copy of FL RN license Copy of BLS for Healthcare Provider card. BLS must be current until 3/2027 or later.
