Trauma Surgery PA/NP – Per Diem Location

Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall – Hudson Valley, New York Surgical Affiliates Management Group is seeking a Per Diem Trauma Surgery PA/NP to join our established, surgeon-led team at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities within a collaborative trauma program located just outside of New York City. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for trauma and acute care surgery patients Assist with patient evaluations, admissions, consultations, and discharges Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in daily rounding, care coordination, and procedural support as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while upholding clinical excellence

Qualifications

PA or NP Board Certification required Active or eligible New York license 1–3 years of surgical, trauma, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment
