The LPN provides direct patient care and administers medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for implementing rehabilitation interventions and supporting interdisciplinary care planning to maximize patient health and function.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program with current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting is preferred, and IV certification is highly desired.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient’s needs.
Demonstrates strong clinical skills and commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
