Associate Clinical Social Worker

Education and/Or experience

• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meticulous attention to detail
• Possess compassion and empathy
• Computer literacy required (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Willing to travel to support clinical and foundation activities
• Understanding of cultural issues, community resources, and family dynamics
• Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural, professional, and experiential backgrounds
• Knowledge of laws and ethical standards of clinical care
• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Current CA clinical license (ACSW)
• Minimum of two years in clinical experience post master’s degree, preferably working in a community clinic setting or a mental health agency that serves a wide variety of clients
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team; self-directed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
