As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work within the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. This community-based program provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment, and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

The mission of the PACT program is to decrease hospitalizations, increase vocational opportunities, and improve the quality of life for our consumers. PACT services are the most intensive level of outpatient services in the community.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 830a-5p with a 30 minute unpaid lunch; Saturday/Sunday as needed

Pay

$35.00 - $37.00 p/hour

Responsibilities

  • Record physician’s orders
  • Order medication
  • Arrange for all consumer medications to be organized through the team and integrated into staff daily and weekly schedules
  • Provide security for medications (daily supplies, long-term injectable and longer-term supplies and set aside a private, designated area for set up of medications
  • Administer medications to program consumers
  • Train other team members regarding medication education, medication delivery, and observation of self-administration of medication
  • Monitor medication
  • Regularly assess other team members’ competency in this area

Qualifications

  • Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Two years experience with SMI clients

All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least two years of experience working with SMI clients. A valid driver's license and successful drug screening are also required.
