Position Summary

Location: Sarasota, FL Work Environment: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an LMFT to provide remote therapy services for clients who need support with relationships, family concerns, communication, emotional stress, and life changes. This position involves direct clinical care through telehealth. You will hold therapy sessions, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organized work habits, and the ability to connect with clients through a virtual care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete client intakes and ongoing clinical assessments Create individualized treatment plans Help clients build healthier communication and relationship skills Track progress and update clinical goals Maintain accurate records in the electronic system Follow all privacy, ethical, and legal standards Deliver care in a professional remote environment Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Florida LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Private workspace and reliable internet connection $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Administrative support Steady client referrals If your clinical experience aligns with this role, we would be happy to consider you for this remote LMFT opportunity.
