The therapist assesses and treats patients with cancer-related disabilities, delivering specialized, patient-centered care.

The Physical Therapist also participates in ongoing educational and professional development programs and may supervise physical therapy clinical interns and physical therapy assistants as required.
Starting hourly rate is $38.77. The listed pay rate is the potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
License and Certification Requirements License to practice as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.
Education and Experience 1. Doctorate degree from an approved physical therapy program; or 2. Master’s degree from an approved physical therapy program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full time experience in physical therapy or a related field; or 3. Bachelor’s degree from an approved physical therapy program and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in physical therapy or a related field.
1. As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain New York State licensure as a Physical Therapist within six (6) months of their appointment to this title.

2. Certified in and/or willing to be trained in Pelvic Floor Therapy
3. Strong written/communication skills
4. Strong time management skills
