Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Licensure

Active New York State Medical License (Required).

Certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible.
