Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current California state license and a valid driver's license. Open to new graduates who can meet the physical demands of lifting up to 35 pounds.

Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to fill an opening with a community-based nonprofit facility located in Mountain View, California. This role focuses on providing person-centered care to participants in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop person-centered care plans for incoming and active participants. Serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team and assist with carrying out the Team's plan of care. Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to participants as needed, including grooming, dressing, hygiene, and body mechanics training. Train staff on proper ADL techniques and body mechanics. Conduct in-home evaluations, as appropriate, for home safety considerations and recommendations. Demonstrate safe practices by utilizing proper body mechanics, adhering to universal precautions, and maintaining environmental safety. Contribute to a welcoming environment, assisting participants as needed. Supervise participants throughout the Center to ensure their safety, proper care, and comfort.
